Network Sending Issues
If you experience problems with the network sending function, such as not finding the printer, file sending failures, or slow transmission speeds, consider the following checks:
-
Network Connection:
Ensure that your computer and the printer are connected to the same subnet of the same local area network (LAN).
-
Firewall Settings:
Verify that your firewall is not blocking ChituManager. If it is blocked, the software will be unable to detect your printer.
-
Filename Characters:
Avoid using non-English or non-numeric characters in filenames. These characters can sometimes cause file transfer failures.
